Early Childhood Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a visionary Centre Director to lead our Early Learning Centre, providing strategic and operational leadership to ensure delivery of exceptional outcomes for children, families, and staff.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of young children and their families, while driving continuous improvement through Quality Improvement Plan development and review.
* Leadership Responsibilities:
* Lead daily operations of the Early Learning Centre ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
* Oversee curriculum planning and program delivery in line with the Early Years Learning Framework.
* Drive continuous improvement through Quality Improvement Plan development and review.
* Manage enrolments, occupancy, budgets, and resources for efficient service delivery.
* Recruit, mentor, and develop educators fostering a professional team culture.
* Build strong relationships with families, staff, and community promoting trust and engagement.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require a qualified Centre Director with experience in staff leadership, program oversight, budget management, and quality improvement. You must have a strong knowledge of the EYLF, Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations, National Quality Standard, Family Assistance Law (including CCS), WHS legislation, and Child Safe Standards.
