Responsibilities
- Produce IFA and IFC issue drawings for both client submissions and internal fabrication
- Conduct surveys at construction sites
- Liaise with suppliers, clients, and construction teams
- Work independently while being supported by a motivated and collaborative team
- Source and procure goods and services to meet both financial targets and project deadlines
About You
You will thrive in this role if you have:
- An understanding of Solid Works (intermediate to advanced preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong self-management and task prioritization abilities
- A good understanding of the construction industry and the ability to read architectural drawings
- Familiarity with construction codes (preferred but not essential)
- High levels of creativity, vision, and computer literacy
- A strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset
