About the role: This is an exciting opportunity for a Legal Assistant to work in our Corporate & Disputes Resolution Group in Melbourne. You will be an integral member of the team providing administrational and ad-hoc assistance. Diary management, including travel arrangementsLiasing with clients and other partiesOpening and closing filesFile managementBilling (Software Elite 3E)Preparing and collating legal documentsCourt filing via portalsConducting searches (company, property, etc)Other general administrative tasks About you: 3 years' experience in a similar rolePrevious litigation experience necessaryExcellent customer service ethic with a focus on providing a high level of serviceAbility to work autonomously and within a teamPossess strong written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytic and problem solving skillsExcellent attention to detailStrong administration and organisation skillsSound knowledge and experience of Microsoft productsConfidentiality, sensitivity and integrity across all aspects of the roleAbility to work to deadlines Join the team: Our culture focuses on excellence without losing sight of work-life balance.
