As an Assistant Store Manager, your mission is to lead with a customer-first mindset, deliver great in-store experiences and inspire your team to achieve this every day.
You will partner with your Store Manager to inspire your team to deliver excellence in every customer interaction, driving high performance through coaching and development. You will assist in overseeing day-to-day store operations, manage the team to meet financial budgets and targets, and ensure visual merchandising excellence. In the absence of the Store Manager, you are the first point of contact for the team to ensure great in-store service that meets JD Sports’ high standards.
Customer Experience

Business Development
Drive store performance and deliver results to financial budgets and targets by analysing data and reports to identify opportunities and mitigate risks in sales, inventory and operations.
Commercial Operations
Prioritise time, tasks and processes for the best return on investment with an in-depth knowledge of retail operations.
Dynamic People Management
