Strategic Sales Manager - Logistics Industry
This key role is responsible for developing and implementing a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and expand market presence in the logistics sector.
To achieve this, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales experience in supply chain management, with a deep understanding of 3PL services, warehouse operations, and freight management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet revenue targets and increase market share
* Identify and engage with potential customers, providing tailored solutions to meet their specific needs
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
* Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements
The successful candidate will possess excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets. They must also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a self-motivated and proactive mindset.
Requirements:
1. Proven sales experience in supply chain management, specifically in warehousing & distribution
2. Deep knowledge of 3PL services, supply chain operations, and freight management
3. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients at all levels
