Job Description
We are seeking an experienced project coordinator to join our team and support the coordination of the Digital Housing Pipeline project. This is a unique opportunity to work on a high-profile project that aims to provide real-time tracking of housing progression across NSW.
The successful candidate will provide day-to-day support and coordination across the Digital Housing Pipeline team, ensuring seamless project delivery. Key responsibilities include:
* Coordinating meetings and workshops with stakeholders;
* Scheduling and managing tasks and deadlines;
* Providing administrative support to the project team;
In addition, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Business Analyst, Engineer, and Quality Assurance Officers to define project timeframes and initiatives. Your strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders will be essential in this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* Relevant qualifications and/or experience in project coordination or a related field;
* Excellent communication and organizational skills;
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously;
You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in spatial information management, Agile project methodology, and customer service.
