About the Role
We are looking for a receptionist with strong communication skills and proven dental reception experience. The right candidate will play an essential role in ensuring our patients feel welcome and supported from the moment they step into our practice.
The role is available for an immediate start, pending the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Greeting and assisting patients with professionalism and warmth
Coordinating daily schedules, appointments, and patient records
Managing phone and front desk enquiries efficiently
Processing payments and handling health fund claims
Supporting the dental team with smooth daily operations
Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:
Punctuality and reliability
Strong customer service and patient-care focus
Ability to work effectively under pressure and problem-solve
Efficiency and competence in coordinating daily tasks
Experience with D4W (Dental4Windows) software
Previous experience in a dental or medical reception role
