Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
* Providing resident-centred care in accordance with care plans and individual preferences
* Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing care plans in consultation with residents
* Supervising and mentoring personal care staff to ensure safe and effective care delivery
* Managing clinical procedures within your scope of practice and organisational policies
* Ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and safety regulations
* Liaising with medical and allied health professionals to ensure seamless care

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and experience:
* Registered Nurse qualification and AHPRA registration
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a residential aged care setting (2 years preferred)
* Availability to work some nights shifts
* NDIS worker clearance
* Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and commitment to resident-first care
* Passion for delivering a person-centred approach to care
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Compassionate and empathetic nature
