What You’ll Be Doing
• Taking inbound calls and providing clear, helpful support to members with online support, super accumulation, withdrawals, pension, investments, and employer contributions.
• Using internal systems to answer questions and resolve issues
• Following compliance processes and keeping customer information secure
• Referring customers to other departments when needed
