Your key responsibilities will include:Leading and motivating a team of chefs, bus drivers/utilities, and housekeeping staffEnsuring high-quality food and accommodation servicesManaging budgets, financial reporting, and compliance requirementsMaintaining HSEQ and HR standards across the siteProviding hands-on support to the teamFostering a positive team culture and exceptional customer serviceManaging rosters and schedulesLiaising with the Operations Manager and Head Office regarding village operationsCoordinating with clients on the siteConducting daily pre-start meetings and reportingPlanning and coordinating site eventsTo Be Successful, You Will Have:Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systemsMinimum 3 years of experience as a Village Manager in the industry/tradePassion for food and hospitalityStrong data management and reporting skillsCommitment to safety and providing a positive working environmentAustralian citizenship or full working rightsValid WA Driver's LicenceNational Police Clearance (within 3 months of application)Ability to pass a medical and drug screeningFood Safety / HACCP certificationResponsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificationAbility to obtain a WA Approved Manager's LicenceWhite CardAbility to safely perform manual handling tasksExperience with Peoples Tray, Pronto, and Xero softwareFood Safety Supervisor Certificate4WD CertificateCurrent First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011 – within 3 years)About Iconic CateringIconic Catering is a Western Australian owned provider of qualified mine site catering and village management services.Iconic Catering is committed to creating diverse teams.
