Your new role As Project Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of this development-through construction and handover. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage contractors and consultants, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and drive project delivery against time, cost, and quality benchmarks. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience managing large-scale residential or commercial construction projects (ideally $50M). Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate diverse teams. Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, and industry standards. Financial acumen to manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting. Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
