Our client is seeking a proactive and organised People & Culture Advisor to join their dynamic team, supporting the delivery of HR services and administrative functions across the organisation. Reporting to the Senior People & Culture Business Partner, you'll play a key role in managing P&C processes, providing timely advice, and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, and offboarding
* Manage data entry, reporting, records management, correspondence, and office supplies
* Assist in event planning and provide clear, accurate information and advice to staff and managers
* Support policy implementation, compliance with WHS and legislative requirements, and maintain confidentiality
* Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in People & Culture or HR administrative roles, with strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused approach
* Advanced computer skills and familiarity with HRIS systems such as TechOne or Oracle (desirable)
* Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures accurately
* Commitment to teamwork, continuous improvement, and upholding organisational values including integrity, respect, and innovation
Desirable:
* Relevant tertiary qualification in People & Culture or related fields
* Local Government Experience
* Current Class C NSW Driver's Licence
