SSAM Korean BBQ Ringwood is looking for team members to join. Full Time only.
Working time: between 10:30am - 3:30pm and 4:30pm - 11:30pm.
Salary
Full time: yearly salary can be start from $55,000 to $60,000. Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year.
Qualifications
* Management Experience: Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role is crucial. This could be within the restaurant industry or in other fields, as managerial skills are transferable.
* Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are essential.
* Team Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team of staff, with strong communication skills.
* Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Experience in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring efficient supply chain operations.
* Problem-Solving: Ability to handle customer complaints, resolve conflicts among staff, and address operational challenges.
* Marketing and Promotion: Familiarity with restaurant marketing and promotional strategies.
* Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in restaurant management software, point-of-sale systems, and other technology tools.
* Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
* Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with regular customers.
* Experience: Management: 3 years (required).
Work Location and Requirements
Work Location: In person. Ability to commute/relocate: Ringwood, VIC 3134. Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred).
