Job Purpose:
Your role as HR Advisor will be to address HR-related queries from employees and leaders, ensuring their interactions with HR result in a positive experience.
Job Description:
* Handle inquiries about HR policies and procedures, understand needs, investigate options, seek solutions, and collaborate with HR colleagues to resolve issues.
* Work closely with warehouse site managers to support benefits, policies, procedures, and address workplace concerns and misconduct, ensuring a fair environment.
* Utilize Workday and ServiceNow systems effectively.
* Train employees and managers on HR systems and service delivery.
* Support HR cycle activities such as onboarding, performance management, job moves, and exits.
* Review and maintain HR documentation for accuracy, compliance, and effectiveness, including employee records, policies, and benefits.
Person Specification:
We seek passionate individuals committed to delivering excellent employee experiences, with empathy and dedication to resolving queries.
Required skills and experience include:
* Deep knowledge of UK labor laws and HR principles, practices, and legal compliance.
* Experience resolving employee relations issues.
* Strong collaboration and communication skills.
* Fluency in written and spoken English.
* Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems is advantageous.
