What You'll Do
* Oversee daily food preparation and kitchen operations.

* Price menu items by calculating costs (food, labor, overhead).
* Prepare a diverse range of Indian dishes for regular and special services.
* Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
* Train, lead, and manage kitchen staff.
* Share culinary expertise for staff development.
* Create visually appealing and exciting dishes.
* Plan customized menus for events.
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.
* Proven ability to prepare a wide variety of Indian dishes.
* Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
* Relevant Culinary Qualification.
* A passion for creating delicious and high-quality food.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A focus on safety, hygiene, and organization.
