Job Title: Property Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Property Coordinator to join our team. As a Property Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all property and site maintenance requirements across the entire business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Scheduling and Coordinating: Schedule and coordinate all property and site maintenance requirements.
* Maintenance and Upkeep: Coordinate scheduled and ad hoc maintenance and upkeep of properties and equipment.
* Tracking and Reporting: Ensure tracking and reporting of maintenance task progress.
* Maintenance Registers: Maintain maintenance registers.
* Personnel Coordination: Coordinate maintenance personnel.
* Contractor Engagement: Engage contractors/suppliers to complete maintenance tasks and site upgrades.
* Site Upgrades: Oversee site upgrades and special projects as required.
* Scope of Works: Develop scope of works and pricing for maintenance tasks and site upgrades.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Prior Experience: Prior experience in the rail industry or property maintenance coordination is highly regarded but not essential.
* Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively across all levels, staff, management, customers.
* Microsoft Skills: Highly skilled in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Drivers Licence: Hold a current unrestricted Victorian Drivers Licence.
* National Police Check: Hold a current National Police Check or willingness to obtain one.
* Rail Industry Medical: Ability to pass Rail Industry medical if/as required.
