As an experienced manager, you will oversee the management of campus property, maintenance services, and capital projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Property & Services Management: Oversee maintenance and grounds staff, manage property projects, supervise contractors, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
* Project & Budget Management: Plan, budget, and manage capital and maintenance projects, prepare annual budgets, and work health & safety compliance.
* Service Contract Management: Manage various service contracts, ensure service providers meet agreed-upon standards, and maintain efficiency.
