Job Title: Human Resource Advisor
The role of the Human Resource Advisor is to oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for various personnel, including real estate agents, property managers, sales consultants, and administrative staff.
This includes managing human resource records, administering HRIS systems, providing guidance on workplace relations policies and staff performance, coordinating induction and orientation programs, delivering generalist HR advice and support to employees on day-to-day matters, and developing and implementing HR policies and strategies aligned with business objectives.
