Role Overview and Purpose:
We are seeking passionate speech pathologists and occupational therapists to join the My Therapy House team, ideally on a permanent full-time basis starting January 2024. Our services are family-centred, relationship-based, and tailored for young children (0-9 years) with various disabilities. We work as a multidisciplinary team employing approaches like co-therapy.
Our frameworks include DIRFloortime, Marte Meo, Hanen, Sensory Motor Processing, Language and Speech Development, and Play. We customize programs to meet each child's and family's unique needs, aspirations, and goals, collaborating with professionals across early intervention, disability, allied health, and community sectors.

Requirements:
* Fully registered and qualified Speech Pathologist or Occupational Therapist interested in working with children and families
* Initiative, strong work ethic, and team collaboration skills
* Genuine, caring individual with a passion for working with children and families
* Excellent communication and report-writing skills
* Strong time management and organizational skills
* Current Certification and Clinical Membership with Speech Pathology Australia or AHPRA and Occupational Therapy Australia
* First Aid Training
* Child Safe Environment Training
* Police Check (Child-Related Employment Screening) and NDIS Worker Screening
* Preferred: Experience with DIR Floortime, Hanen, Attachment theory, Marte Meo, and parent-child attachment
