Marine Maintenance Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced Marine Maintenance Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing purchasing processes, maintaining key supplier relationships and ensuring the smooth running of our Marine Transhipment Operation through accurate and efficient procurement, inventory management and cost control.
This is a full-time position based at our head office in Osborne Park, Monday to Friday. Key responsibilities include:
* Generating purchase orders accurately and promptly
* Coordinating with vessel crews to order parts and consumables and obtain supplier quotes
* Maintaining a register of technical supply items, ensuring timely delivery of long lead items
* Liaising with freight providers and suppliers to coordinate international and domestic shipment of orders
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
