Position Overview
The Cabinet Maker / Installer is responsible for the customisation assembly, and installation of high-quality cabinetry and built-in furniture for residential and commercial projects. The role involves working across all stages of cabinetry production, from interpreting technical drawings through to final installation on site, while maintaining a high standard of workmanship, accuracy, and safety.

Responsibilities
* Reading and interpreting plans and technical drawings
* Measuring, cutting, shaping, and assembling timber and board materials
* Customising and installing custom cabinetry and built-in furniture
* Operating woodworking machinery, hand tools, and power tools
* Working with premium materials and finishes
* Ensuring accuracy, safety, and a high standard of workmanship
* Collaborating with workshop and onsite installation teams
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker or Joiner
* Relevant trade qualification in Cabinet Making, Joinery, or a related field preferred
* Strong knowledge of cabinetry construction and installation methods
* Ability to interpret plans with precision
* Competent with woodworking machinery, tools, and fabrication techniques
* High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
* Ability to work independently and within a team environment
* Reliability, consistency, and a positive work ethic
