About the Role
As Assistant Manager, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment with high stock turnover and foot traffic. Your key responsibilities include driving sales, maintaining premium visual standards, and fostering an inspiring team culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Cultivate lasting relationships with clients by delivering elevated, personalised service.
* Inspire and guide a motivated sales team to exceed performance goals.
* Oversee daily operations, including stock management, styling, and visual presentation.
* Maintain high boutique standards and team engagement in a high-traffic setting.
* Drive sales, performance, and customer loyalty in a fashion-first environment.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in retail management or senior sales, ideally in premium or luxury brands.
* A passion for fashion, styling, and creating memorable client experiences.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a team.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* A proactive approach, with energy and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
