Key Responsibilities:
 * Identify and resolve complex UX and frontend platform issues through thorough analysis and debugging practices
 * Collaborate with customer administrators and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
 * Apply knowledge of incident and problem management processes to optimize support delivery
 * Contribute to the development of knowledge base materials and engage in continuous product learning initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
 * Proven experience in customer-facing technical support roles, particularly in web-based products or e-commerce environments
 * Strong proficiency in dynamic HTML components: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, XML, XHTML
 * Experience with JavaScript frameworks and web application stacks is highly desirable
 * Excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with both technical and non-technical audiences
 * Strong time management and prioritization abilities are essential for success in this role
