Are you a passionate customer service professional looking to make a difference in people's lives? We're seeking an experienced Clinic Coordinator to support our Audika clinic in Bendigo, Victoria on a full-time basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients. As a Clinic Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing client appointments, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. You'll work closely with clinicians and hearing technicians (where applicable) to deliver quality hearing healthcare outcomes for all our clients.
The ideal candidate will have previous administration and customer service experience in retail, hearing care services, pharmacy or allied health environments. They should possess strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy for clients to support their hearing journey.
