Reine & La Rue, opened in July 2023, offers a modern French culinary experience within a majestic cathedral space. The venue features a grand dining room, a speak-easy style bar, and a courtyard, providing an unforgettable dining experience.

We are currently looking for experienced Chefs and Pastry Chefs to join our teams at NOMAD Melbourne and Reine & La Rue. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact and work with fantastic producers such as Blackmore Wagyu and Ramarro Farm.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years experience in Michelin, hatted, or premium restaurants or wine bars
- Commitment, passion, and appreciation for the hospitality industry
- Ability to work autonomously while treating guests and peers with respect, humility, and kindness
- Availability to work a rotating roster
