Customer Service Professional
As a key member of our Multi Channel Branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions through face-to-face and digital channels.
* Assist customers with banking transactions, answering questions and queries
* Build personal connections with customers through meaningful conversations and relationships
* Work collaboratively with customers to implement in-branch technology and digital banking options
* Conduct Financial Health Checks to assess customers' financial well-being
* Process applications for loans, credit cards, and associated products
* Capture customer feedback and use it to drive continuous improvement
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build strong relationships with customers
* Problem-solving attitude and curiosity in finding creative solutions
