Job Overview
The role of a Marketing Data Specialist is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and segmentation of marketing databases. This position requires a technical professional with experience in B2B SaaS Marketing/Sales/Growth Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack to align with business objectives, including Marketo, Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, and Workato.
* Develop and maintain data hygiene workflows, ensuring the accuracy and segmentation of marketing databases by key criteria.
* Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Sigma and Salesforce to track KPIs, pipeline & growth performance, and campaign ROI.
* Support Global Marketing and wider Go-to-Market (GTM) team with Marketo & Salesforce campaign creation, tracking, attribution, and lead routing.
* Drive marketing data integrity and standardization across the GTM stack, troubleshooting and optimizing workflows for scalability.
Requirements:
* 2-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS Marketing/Sales/Growth Operations experience.
* A technical bachelor's degree is preferred.
* Must have experience with Marketo and Salesforce (Certifications preferred but not required).
