About the Role
Sarina Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (Grade 5) to provide care across acute, sub-acute, rehabilitation, and palliative patients, including emergency and on-call shifts. This role is based in a rural hospital setting and offers exposure to a diverse patient population.
Requirements
* Registered Nurse - Grade 5
* Rural nursing experience essential
* Emergency nursing experience essential
* Triage experience essential
* Max 64 hours per fortnight; overtime applies after 80 hours per fortnight
* Ability to work rotating 8-hour shifts including on-call

Bed and Scope
* 16-bed inpatient ward (rehabilitation, slow-stream rehab, maintenance, palliative, voluntary alcohol detox, acute & sub-acute patients)
* Outpatient services and emergency department
* Exposure to rural acute and sub-acute care
* Current and upcoming ieMR implementation
ieMR / Systems Experience (Mandatory to Declare on Submission)
* QLD ieMR (include hospital where training was completed)
* NSW / SA / VIC EMR (RPL evidence required - certificate or LMS transcript)
* FirstNet
* PowerChart
* HBCIS
Desirable Experience
* Previous experience working in Australia
* Experience with QLD Health and/or Mackay HHS
* Knowledge of ieMR, FirstNet, PowerChart, and HBCIS
