Role Responsibilities The Registered Nurse provides person-centered care in collaboration with patients and the multidisciplinary team, supervises less experienced clinicians, and supports quality care delivery.
Selection Criteria Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Competencies in multidisciplinary team nursing care Effective communication skills, IT proficiency, and professionalism Experience with evidence-based practice, critical thinking, and quality improvement Leadership, delegation, and change management skills Recent clinical experience and commitment to professional development Ability to prioritize and organize workload with integrity and accountability Additional Requirements This is a Category 'A' position requiring compliance with NSW Health policy PD2024_015, including proof of influenza vaccination for those working in RACFs.
