**Based on the Gold Coast your duties and responsibilities will include**:
- Telephoning existing clients (no cold calling)
- Answering questions clients may have about their membership and the company services
- Explaining the features and benefits of the diverse range of products, hotels and resorts on offer
- Inspiring clients to upgrade their membership and take greater advantage of the multifaceted services and Australian and international holiday destinations on offer
- An experienced travel agent
- Enthusiastic about providing 1st class customer service
- Passionate about the travel industry
- Able to build instant rapport over the phone
- Customer / client centric
