Data Governance & Operations - Senior Manager

Our client is looking for a
Senior Manager
to lead their data governance and data operations capability. Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Data, you'll play a critical role in building trusted, compliant, and high-impact data foundations that enable smarter decisions and support our growth.
What you'll do:
* Design, implement and run enterprise-wide
Data Governance
frameworks (data quality, classification, compliance, metadata).
* Lead and embed
Data Operations
in partnership with the Enterprise Data and IT teams.
* Champion key initiatives including Consumer Data Right
(CDR)
delivery.
* Influence senior
stakeholders
and collaborate across the business to deliver fit-for-purpose data capabilities.
* Build
high-performing teams
, remove blockers, and foster a strong risk-aware data culture.
What you bring:
* 10+ years' leadership experience in data, analytics or related domains.
* Proven experience establishing and scaling
Data Governance
functions.
* Deep knowledge of data management best practices and regulatory requirements (financial services preferred).
* Strong stakeholder influence skills across complex, matrixed environments.
* Experience with
CDR
implementation highly desirable.
