Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Melbourne, VIC, for a Lawyer. The role involves providing legal counsel and support across various aspects of business, taxation, and compliance. Key responsibilities include advising on corporate structures, ensuring regulatory compliance, reviewing and drafting contracts, providing guidance on property and taxation law, and supporting dispute resolutions. The Lawyer will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to safeguard interests and deliver practical legal solutions tailored to client needs.
Qualifications
* Strong expertise in Corporate Law, Business Law, and Property Law
* Knowledge of Taxation Law, Regulatory Compliance, and related legal frameworks
* Experience in Contract Review, Drafting, and Negotiation
* Strong Research, Analytical, and Problem-Solving skills
* Exceptional Written and Verbal Communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines with attention to detail
* Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) and admission to practice as a solicitor in Australia
* Experience in a relevant legal role; expertise in financial or tax-related legal matters is advantageous
* A results-driven and collaborative approach to working with clients and team members
