ACT onsite - NV1 clearance preferred We’re seeking an experienced VC Support Officer/Desktop Support Officer to deliver exceptional audio visual and video conferencing support across a range of meetings and events. Based in Canberra, you will provide in-person and remote support, technical troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and contribute to the continual improvement of systems and services. Your work will ensure high-quality, seamless experiences for users—including senior stakeholders—across a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide onsite and remote AV/VC technical support and incident resolution Deliver live support for meetings and events, including VIP and offsite functions Conduct preventative maintenance and testing of AV/VC systems Support user training and maintain documentation and knowledge bases What We’re Looking For: NV1 clearance preferred and Australian citizenship (mandatory) Strong technical understanding of AV/VC protocols and platforms Experience using ITSM tools like ServiceNow Ability to work autonomously and troubleshoot across Tier 1–3 levels How to Apply Does this role sound perfect for you?
