DJ City is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Consultant for a full-time position at our Dandenong, Melbourne store.

Key Responsibilities
* Processing and dispatching online orders
* Providing exceptional customer service and handling counter sales
* Managing stock control and inventory
* Performing basic maintenance and setup of lighting and audio equipment
* Answering phone calls and assisting with customer enquiries
* Carrying out general store and operational duties as required
* Communicating and collaborating with associated companies and team members
The Successful Applicant Will Have
* A strong work ethic and desire to contribute to a high performance team culture
* A genuine interest in sound, lighting, DJ, and professional audio equipment
* A self‐motivated, proactive attitude with a drive to succeed
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar sales role
* Strong problem‐solving skills and initiative
* Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
* Excellent customer service skills and professional phone manner
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
