Your role will cover the full employee journey, including:
Recruitment & Onboarding – helping us attract and welcome great talent
Performance & Change Management – supporting growth and adaptability
Industrial Relations – interpreting awards and ensuring compliance
Investigations & Compliance – promoting fairness and integrity
You'll also contribute to meaningful developments that make a difference, such as:
Building a values-driven, inclusive and engaging culture
Creating clear and engaging internal communications
Providing practical, timely advice to leaders on employee relations
Workplace innovations
What We're Looking For
You'll thrive in this role if you:
Have experience in HR or organisational development
Communicate clearly and build strong relationships
Value confidentiality, professionalism, and fairness
Want to be part of a values-driven organisation that puts people first
Hold relevant qualifications or equivalent experience across People & Culture functions
Pre-employment Requirements: All positions with Council are subject to a satisfactory ongoing National Police Check, valid Working with Children Check (Employee), medical assessment and Alcohol and Other Drug Screening.
