Asset Integrity Specialist Randstad are seeking a highly capable and experienced Asset Integrity Specialist to join our mining client's technical engineering team. As an integral member, you will play a crucial role in meeting global requirements and standards, driving continuous improvements through clear communication and measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities: ● Develop comprehensive reports and communicate findings to the team and key stakeholders ● Conduct first line assurance activities, including planned task confirmation, ensuring compliance, key risk indicators and audits ● Regularly gather feedback from key stakeholders and drive improvement ● Provide support to sites to ensure they meet the minimum requirements for asset integrity management ● Lead field activities, completing actions within agreed time-frames ● Ensure the controls identified are aligned with the material risk process ● Champion continuous improvement initiatives across processes, systems, and technology ● Guarantee adherence to the client charter, standards, code of conduct and relevant statutory obligations Essential Skills & Experience: ● Bachelor degree or equivalent tertiary education in engineering ● Experience or knowledge of SAP/Work Management/Maintenance Strategies ● Advanced data processing and MS Excel skills ● Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings and workshops with customers ● Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to lead improvement projects ● A demonstrated understanding of asset management, strategy development, maintenance execution, maintenance planning & reliability, or production processes is preferred ● Experience with risk management and processes is highly desirable ● Excellent strategic thinking, situation analysis, decision-making, and problem-solving skills Candidates must be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role and preference will be given to those with mining experience.
