The Role
Reporting to the CFO, this position leads the financial control function, ensuring accurate reporting, strong governance, and effective support to the wider business. You will play a key role in shaping finance processes while mentoring and developing a capable team.
This role is initially offered as a 6‑month contract, with a strong likelihood of extension or transition into a longer‑term or permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead month end and year end close across a multi‑entity structure
* Oversee statutory reporting, tax compliance, and external audit
* Manage cashflow, treasury, and financial risk
* Provide insights into financial performance, budgets, and trends
* Drive process improvements across systems and reporting
* Lead and develop a team across accounting and transactional finance
About You
* Proven experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance leadership role
* Strong technical expertise across financial reporting, controls, and compliance
* Experience operating in complex or multi‑entity environments
* Confident leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders
* CA or CPA qualified with a hands‑on and proactive approach
