Job Opportunity:
As a volunteer trainer, you will have the opportunity to develop and enhance the skills of staff members in various areas.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct in-house training sessions to improve reception duties, facilitation, kitchen procedures, and customer service.
* Provide guidance and support to new staff members on reception duties.
* Train new facilitators on centre policies, procedures, and expectations.
* Ensure that all staff members are familiar with kitchen procedures, food safety guidelines, and equipment usage.
* Develop and deliver training programs to improve customer service skills.
