Who We're Looking For
Essential:
* Bachelor degree or higher in Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology.
* AHPRA registration for Occupational Therapy, SPA registration for Speech pathology.
* At least 18 months experience of working as an allied health professional.
* Working with Children Check
* NDIS worker screening check (or willingness to obtain)
* Current Driver's Licence
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience with evidence-based practice and teamwork
* Commitment to a positive, collaborative workplace culture
* Legal entitlement to work in Australia.
Desirable:
* Experience with children (0-12 years) with disabilities/developmental delays (e.g., Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Global Developmental Delay)
* Play-based assessment and intervention skills
* Transdisciplinary and Key Worker experience
* Knowledge of assistive technology
* Family-Centred Practice expertise
* Inclusion support in early childhood, schools, or community settings
* Supervision experience
* NDIS service provision experience
