* Provide effective leadership in a diverse range of educational settings.
* Establish and maintain effective working relationships to achieve planned outcomes.
* Ensure a high level of educational outcomes for all students, including Aboriginal students, students from diverse ethnic backgrounds, and students with special needs.
* Manage staff, physical and financial resources.

Key Responsibilities
As a member of the School Leadership Team, you will contribute to the implementation of the school's business plan through participative decision making. You will drive improvement by providing proactive leadership that is collaborative, inspiring, and supportive.
1. Lead change and innovation in mathematics practice and student outcomes.
2. Develop and implement improvement plans, both strategic and operational.
3. Provide curriculum leadership and work collaboratively to ensure quality teaching is delivered to meet the needs of all students.
