Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming and supportive environment for participants, carers, families, and team members.
- Be the friendly face as community members visit the service and the calm voice on the phone, helping people feel respected and at ease from the moment they reach out.
- Support the day‐to‐day running of the service; keep things organised and well‐coordinated so that the team can focus on delivering person‐centred care.
- Manage day‐to‐day administration and coordination to ensure smooth service operations.
Qualifications
- Relevant qualifications or commensurate experience in an administration/data entry support role, ideally in a similar industry.
- Experience in a participant focused or customer facing role.
- Ability to provide a warm, welcoming, and empathic experience for participants.
- Right to Work within Australia.
- Satisfactory National Police Check, Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to undertake NDIS Workers Orientation Module – 'Quality Safety and You' (free online course).
