As part of this transformation, we’re delivering a key billing automation project and are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead the people and culture aspects of this complex initiative.
About the Role
As our Change Manager, you’ll lead the end-to-end change strategy for a high-impact, high-visibility program affecting our distributed frontline teams and finance operations. You'll work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Technology, and our 58 retirement villages, embedding new ways of working, processes and systems.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced contract role running until approximately February 2026. With a tight delivery timeline and limited contingency, we're looking for someone who can confidently navigate ambiguity, anticipate people risks, and deliver results at pace.
Importantly, a previous ERP implementation created challenges in billing accuracy and resident trust. Rebuilding stakeholder confidence. both internally and externally, will be critical to the success of this project.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for a highly capable and pragmatic change professional with:
* Extensive experience delivering complex change, ideally within a multi-site or distributed frontline workforce
* A strong track record leading culture, process and ways-of-working change, particularly within frontline service environments
* Demonstrated expertise in technology-enabled transformation, including system implementations and process automation
* Confidence in navigating change fatigue or resistance, especially where trust has been eroded due to past project issues
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills across all levels, from executive sponsors to frontline employees and residents
* Availability for interstate travel, to lead face-to-face engagement and training across our national network of villages
What You’ll Do
* Implement and embed an endorsed change management strategy for the Billing Automation project
* Partner with project leads, business sponsors, and operational leaders to drive alignment and delivery
* Conduct detailed impact assessments and change readiness evaluations
* Develop and execute targeted communications, engagement and training programs, adjusted for varying levels of digital literacy
* Monitor progress and use feedback and insights to iterate and improve
* Act as a visible leader, helping teams understand the ‘why’ behind the change and feel supported through the transition
