Our client is a privately owned Australian electrical construction and communications contractor, delivering large scale electrical communications and building technology solutions for major commercial construction projects. Headquartered in Moorabbin, they work closely with builders and developers across commercial, residential, healthcare and education sectors. Due to a strong period of growth, they are positioned to hire a Team Administrator to join their team on a temp to perm contract.

About the Role
Reporting directly to the Commissioning Manager, you will be based alongside the commissioning team and play a key role in ensuring project documentation is uploaded, reviewed and maintained accurately.
The role involves a high volume of data entry and document management using electronic and web-based systems, including uploading QA images, QA forms and commissioning documentation.
Key Responsibilities
* Uploading and maintaining project QA and commissioning documentation.
* Reviewing documents and images prior to client transmittal.
* Converting images and paper documents into compressed PDF formats.
* Filing and organising documentation systematically within project databases.
* Assisting the commissioning team to meet daily project milestones.
* Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure documentation accuracy and completion.
About you
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Ability to manage and organise electronic documents efficiently.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work within a small team.
* Experience using web-based systems such as CX Alloy or VisiBuild highly regarded.
* Exposure to electrical projects or commissioning environments and basic understanding of electrical drawings, symbols and schematic diagrams highly regarded.
