Store Manager Position
The role of Store Manager involves overseeing the daily operations of a retail store, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results.
* Lead a team of 15 staff members, including two Assistant Managers and supervisors, to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales success.
* Efficiently manage day-to-day retail and warehouse functions to maintain high operational standards.
* Determine and implement effective strategies to boost sales growth and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Essential Responsibilities:
* Coach and motivate a diverse team to achieve performance goals and provide excellent service.
* Control stock flow by managing goods in/out and inventory accuracy.
* Maintain compliance with established safety standards, policies, and operational procedures.
