What you’ll do: Define and execute future-ready finance strategies and target operating models (including Global Business Services) across people, process, technology, and data. Elevate Finance into a strategic business partner by building insight-led advisory capabilities and turning data into actionable recommendations. Improve end-to-end operational finance processes (FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, O2C, P2P, R2R) to boost efficiency, control, and business impact. Implement and optimise digital finance technologies: Cloud ERP/EPM, automation, and AI, to drive process excellence and effectiveness. Uplift Enterprise Performance Management to reveal performance drivers, accelerate decision-making, and unlock growth. Lead large-scale finance transformation programs, collaborating in cross-functional teams and with client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. Conduct analysis, develop insights, and produce high-quality deliverables (e.g., reports, models, roadmaps); contribute to proposals and thought leadership. What we’re looking for: A consulting, continuous improvement, or project-oriented background with experience delivering finance transformation. Expertise in finance operating model and service delivery model design, and end-to-end process improvement across P2P, O2C, R2R, and FP&A/PB&F. Advisory and hands-on experience with finance technologies and automation tools, including SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, OneStream, Workday Adaptive, Microsoft/Power BI, and data visualisation platforms (e.g., Tableau, QlikView). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges and translate insights into practical outcomes. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams. Interest in Future of Finance trends, including AI and Agentic Finance. A degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce is preferred; professional qualifications such as CPA Australia, CA ANZ, or CIMA are highly regarded but not mandatory.
