Pure Wine Co is an Australian winery‐owned, boutique global sales and distribution business, representing an exceptional portfolio of iconic Australian and International wine brands. We operate within the Australian market to service the independent, on premise and national chain's businesses.

The Trade Marketing Executive role is to support the Marketing and Brands Manager in implementing the overall marketing strategy for Pure Wine Co and their key principles.

The role will be responsible for creating activity in market from our trade marketing calendar, responsible for trade initiatives, principal management, customer activations, digital/social management, events, and reporting on these activities to support sales objectives and brand growth.

This role is based in the Pure Wine Co office in Nairne SA and will be full‐time.

Key Result Areas

* Strategy and trade marketing development for our portfolio: work with the Marketing and Brands Manager on strategic initiatives that are prioritised for the business.
* Principal Management: assist the Marketing Manager with customer business plans and collate key information for our key internal and external stakeholders
* Trade Marketing Calendar Management: coordinate and execute customer‐facing events like roadshows, product launches, tastings; build/maintain customer databases for targeted campaigns.
* Sales support and merchandise management: develop assets for the Pure Wine Co sales team to use out in market for various brands
* Digital & Social Management: maintain and grow our digital platforms across the Pure Wine Co portfolio. This includes content creation and management of our Pure Wine Co website, LinkedIn/Instagram content, monthly customer‐focused EDMs; monitor engagement and reporting KPIs.
* Events & Collaborations: Plan/host trade events, guest visits; liaise with sales, principals, and stakeholders.
* Reporting: Track performance, update and be responsible for tracking budgets, provide insights for future initiatives.

Key Capabilities

* Highly organised with strong communication; experience in a similar wine trade marketing/events role (2-3 years preferred).
* A Bachelor's degree is required for this position.
* Proficient in digital tools, CRM, content systems; wine industry knowledge highly valued.
* Ability to manage budgets, collaborate cross‐team, and handle confidential info.

Trade Marketing and Strategy

* Support the Marketing & Brand Manager in developing annual trade marketing plans aligned to sales targets, brand priorities, and channel strategies.
* Translate brand strategy into channel‐specific programs, promotions, and assets tailored to independent, on‐premise, and national accounts.
* Identify market opportunities through competitor analysis, pricing reviews, and customer insight to inform trade recommendations.
* Assist in building activation calendars, including trade campaigns, launch plans, and tactical sales tools.
* Ensure all trade marketing activity reinforces brand positioning, commercial objectives, and premium quality standards.

Event Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement

* Plan, coordinate, and host internal and external events, tastings, tours, and workshops.
* Liaise with internal teams, brand partners, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery and a premium experience.

Digital Platforms & Social Platforms

* Manage Pure Wine Co's website and social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram), ensuring content is current, engaging, and optimised for traffic and user experience.
* Create and execute email marketing campaigns (EDMs) to support brand and trade objectives.
* Monitor and report on digital engagement, providing recommendations to optimise performance.

Reporting & Administration

* Assist in tracking marketing and trade activity performance and provide insights to inform future initiatives.
* Contribute to marketing budget management and ensure all activities are delivered within agreed budgets and timeframes.
* Assist the Marketing and Brands Manager with monthly reporting for both internal purposes as well as principal reporting
* Support the company's culture and values through professional conduct, collaboration, and pride in work.

Other Experience

* Knowledge of SEO, GEO and website optimisation best practices;
* Familiarity with wine trends and consumer preferences
* Proven experience in a comparable multi‐dimensional trade marketing role, within the wine industry is preferred.
* A minimum of 2+ years of trade marketing experience is required.
* Exceptional interpersonal and marketing leadership skills

Special Conditions

Regular out‐of‐standard hours for events; intrastate/interstate travel required.
