Service Administrator Role

This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. You'll work collaboratively with our team, using your organisational skills to allocate jobs, parts and timesheets. You'll also contribute to a culture of safety, innovation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Opening and closing jobs
* Allocating parts and timesheets
* Invoicing
* Following up on post-warranty and service work
* Planning job schedules
* Managing accounts payable and receivable
* Debtor and creditor management
* Delivering expert service and support to customers and partners
Requirements:
* Prior service/administration experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
* Ability to work well within a team environment
* Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
* Professional presentation
* Forklift licence (desired)
