About Us
We're a well-established wine bar and bistro in the heart of Dunsborough, known for our relaxed atmosphere, quality ingredients, and professional hospitality team. We're looking for an experienced Sous Chef to work closely with our Head Chef and contribute to a small, supportive, high‑performing kitchen.
The Role
As our Sous Chef, you'll play a key part in day‑to‑day kitchen operations, maintaining high culinary standards and helping deliver a consistent, memorable dining experience. You'll work in a tight‑knit team that values organisation, creativity, and passion for great food.
What You'll Do
* Work alongside and support the Head Chef in all areas of kitchen service.
* Assist with menu execution, prep, and service during evening shifts.
* Maintain high quality and consistency with all dishes.
* Manage prep throughout the day and ensure readiness for service.
* Contribute to stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation.
* Help lead and mentor a small, experienced team.

* Previous experience in a Sous Chef or senior kitchen role.
