Train Assembly Manager - CAF Rail Australia - Dubbo Trust in Motion. We are seeking a Train Assembly Manager reporting directly to the Factory Manager at the Mindyarra Maintenance Centre in Dubbo. The role involves managing, controlling, and coordinating all manufacturing activities, strategies, systems, and deliverables at the site.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Implement the strategy and business management plans for the site, ensuring resource allocation, compliance, and regular progress reporting. Stay informed about industry developments and best practices. Ensure compliance with regulations and policies related to Quality, Safety, Occupational Risk Prevention, and Environment, providing necessary resources. Deploy, implement, and maintain business processes, adapting them to site-specific needs, and contribute to process documentation. Maintain accurate records and communicate work progress to stakeholders. Maintain confidentiality regarding company information, client, customer, and staff data. Promote the company's image positively using available means. Demonstrate commitment to company values and policies, including Equal Opportunities. Complete relevant training in health, safety, and environmental standards. Proactively identify improvements and manage best practices within your area. Prepare evidence for audits and defend compliance. Fulfill responsibilities related to Quality, Product Safety, Occupational Risk Prevention, and Environment as assigned. PROFILE: Minimum 5 years' experience in similar roles. Relevant tertiary qualification, such as a Higher Engineering Diploma, Master's Degree, or Engineering Bachelor's Degree.
