Customer Care Specialist

The ideal candidate will have confident computer skills, the ability to multi-task while speaking with members, and previous experience in customer service with a track record of delivering excellent outcomes.
* Provide solutions to member inquiries, update records, and transition to the next interaction to ensure every customer receives the support they need.
* Deliver high-quality service that fosters member health journeys and builds strong relationships.
* Participate in training and work collaboratively with a supportive team and leaders.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle up to 40 calls per shift in a fast-paced and structured contact centre environment.
* Resolve inquiries and problems, provide solutions, and guidance to members.
* Update member records and smoothly transition to the next interaction.
